摘要

An ex situ germplasm bank of representatives of world flora, including a seed collection and collection of in vitro cell cultures, has been created at the Institute of Cell Biology and Genetic Engineering, Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences, on the basis of combining studies in the fields of classical botany and plant biotechnology. At present there are more than 4000 accessions in the seed bank and more than 2000 cell lines in the in vitro bank. The germplasm bank created, which was added to the list of objects composing national scientific property of Ukraine, is the basis for developing biotechnological methods of conservation of world flora biodiversity and for screening for biologically active compounds in the plant material being conserved.
机译:乌克兰国家科学院细胞生物学与遗传工程研究所在结合世界卫生组织研究的基础上,建立了代表世界植物区系的异地种质库,包括种子收集和体外细胞培养物收集。古典植物学和植物生物技术领域。目前,种子库中有4000多个种质,体外库中有2000多个细胞系。创建的种质库被添加到构成乌克兰国家科学财产的对象列表中,是开发保护世界植物群生物多样性的生物技术方法以及筛选所保护植物材料中生物活性化合物的基础。
