The genetic control of isoenzymes GOT, GDH, DIA, MDH, SOD, FDH, ADH, ACP, and LAP of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) and their variation were studied in nine natural populations from the Ukrainian Carpathians (totally, 346 trees) by electrophoretic separation in 7.5% polyacrylamide gel. Overall, 71 allelic product of 20 gene loci were distinctly determined. Analysis of the segregation of the determined allelic variants confirms their monogenic inheritance.
