Estimation of Spectra of Multiple Molecular Forms of Enzymes Using the Index of System Internal Diversity Level

Comparative analysis of the most widely used indexes of system diversity is carried out using model electrophoretic spectra. The basic requirements for the diversity index of electrophoretin spectra are formulated. A formula for estimating the level of spectra diversity of multiple forms on the basis of synthesis of the Ashby system complexity index and Simpson index is offered.
