Passing needed multipliers from one band to another is both an art form and an aggressive sport. The fundamental secret to success, however, is to ask another station in a way that makes it sound like you really mean it. Being more specific and convincing is an important element to the successful pass. Also, don't be limited by the fear of rejection. Not everyone can or will move for you.
