Dr. Paul D. Giammalvo, CDT, CCE, MScPM, MRICS, is Senior Technical Advisor at PT Mitratata Cit-ragraha. (PTMC), Jakarta, Indonesia. He is also an adjunct professor at ESC-Lille University, the Western Australia University, and the Center for Advanced Studies and Research in Project, Program, and PortfoliornManagement. For 17+ years, he has been providing project management training and consulting throughout South and Eastern Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He is active in AACE, CSI, and CMAA and also served on the Board of Directors for the Global Alliance for Project Performance Standards (GAPPS).
