PROPOSED AMENDMENTS - VOTE FOR OR AGAINST

Following are three Constitution and Bylaws Amendments that will be on the official ballot presented for membership voting from February 1 through March 15, 2011. An affirmative vote of two-thirds of the valid votes cast is required for adoption, as outlined in Bylaws Article XII, AMENDMENTS, Section 1. The Amendment(s) shall be declared adopted if it/they receive the specified affirmative vote and would become effective at the close of the Board meeting following adoption.
