AACE International Activities: Marlene has been active in AACE for 20 years and serves on the Certification Board. She was on AACE's Board of Directors as the Vice-President of Finance 2006-2008. She has been a director of the Women in Project Controls committee since its inception and presented several technicalrnpapers at recent AACE Annual Meetings. Marlene was the VP-Pro-grams in Orlando and reactivated the Albuquerque section and served as its President and Vice President. She became a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) in 1993 and an Earned Value Professional (EVP) in 2008. Marlene has 35 years of experience in project management and project controls and has a master's degree in construction engineering and management. Project Time & Cost, Inc. in their Denver office.
