Comment on ‘Criteria for robust finite-time stabilisation of linear singular systems with interval time-varying delay’

The objective of Muoi et al. 2017 is to give a delay-dependent criterion for the considered linear singular time-delay system to be finite-time stabilisable with a state feedback controller, which is formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities. However, this criterion is not correct, which is pointed out in this note.
