Construction firm training programme builds skills for the future

The firm welcomed six students who all enrolled on the CIOB Professional Development Programme and spent a year working at VolkerFitzpatrick sites across the country alongside experienced staff who acted as mentors. They were supported by Joanna Bennett PDP manager from the CIOB and all managed to successfully complete at least a third of the PDP modules in the 12 months.
