QM75 Quick Measure distance meter is a handheld laser distance meter and a one-person distance-measuring tool that can be carried in a pocket. Trimble says the unit • provides a bright, visible laser spot that allows users to measure hard-to-reach places, such as high overheads, factory interiors, or over water. One person can measure distances with 1/16-inch accuracy at up to 230 feet. Units of measure are selectable and include meters, millimeters, and both fractional and decimal feet/inch units. The housing is designed with specially engineered plastics, rubber overmold, and electronics isolation for drop protection up to 5 feet, according to the company.
