The economy grew by 0.4% (q-o-q) in Q4, rebounding from the -0.1 % contraction in Q3. The GDP expansion of 0.9% in 2015, led by a 1.1 % increase in private consumption, was a stubborn response to the rocky economic climate triggered by thecurrency cap abolishment in January 2015. Exporters, though, are still struggling to adjust. Watch exports slipped by 3.3% last year, their first annual drop since 2009. Meanwhile, industrial orders plunged by -7.7% (y-o-y) in Q4.
