A Dubai company has introduced camel-milk chocolate, the first of its kind, after two years of development. Al Nassma Chocolate is produced from camel milk powder supplied by Dubai-based Camelicious, one of only two camel farms in the country. An Austrian company, HM Chocolate Holding, has a 50% stake in Al Nassma. 'Johann Hochleitner, a director of HM Chocolate, travelled as far as Libya and Kazakhstan looking for a suitable camel milk producer. "We want to create a brand which has international importance," he told the local press. "I believe this product has the power to become the sweet ambassador for Arabia born in Dubai."
