In 2018, a team of contractors and architects took on the task of restoring one of the prominent historical structures on Park Avenue in New York City's prominent Upper East Side. Working on a nearly 100-year-old church, the project involved an extensive fagade restoration, a complete plaza replacement, and several other repairs and replacements. The challenges of matching the masonry of a historic fagade, organizing and executing a thought-out sequencing and trade coordination plan, and replacing the plaza on the Northwest corner of the property were a few of the highlighted challenges the team faced.
