The project features 72 luxury, fully-furnished condominiums covering nearly three blocks right on Biscayne Bay with breathtaking downtown city and water views in one of Miami's finest locations. This premiere project consists of two new towers, Marina Grande at 14 storeys and Ana Capri at six storeys tall. It also includes the renovation of a three-storey structure (Marina Piccola) that was originally built by renowned architect Igor Polevitzky, who is most recognised for his contribution to the architectural styling of Miami Beach in the mid-1930s and 1940s and the development of the tropical modern home in Florida.
