Distributed And Mobile Spatial Computing

摘要

This special issue of Computers, Environment and Urban Systems reports on progress in distributed and mobile spatial computing. The papers collected in this special issue were selected from an open call, prompted by the workshop on Distributed Geoinformatics and Sensing, Ubiquity, and Mobility (DGSUM'07) held on 19 September 2007 at Mount Eliza, Melbourne, Australia. DGSUM'07 was held in conjunction with the 8th International Conference on Spatial Information Theory (COSIT'07) and was a joint activity of the ARC Network on Intelligent Sensors, Sensor Networks and Information Processing (ISSNIP) and the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS).
