Preface to the special issue on ⅩⅥ IMEKO TC-4 symposium and ⅫⅠ international workshop on ADC modelling and testing

摘要

The IMEKO main objectives concern the promotion of international interchange of scientific and technical information in the field of measurement and instrumentation and the enhancement of international cooperation among scientists and engineers from research and industry. The Technical Committee n. 4 "Measurement of electric quantities", in particular, aims for such objectives by organizing international symposia and workshops on several topics including: low frequency and radio frequency, microwave and millimeter wave measurements, optical wavelength measurements, traceability and international compatibility of measurements, standards, automated measurement systems, A/D and D/A converters, digital signal analysis and processing, software measurements, environmental measurements, biomedical measurements, power and energy measurements, time and frequency measurements, sensors, education in instrumentation and measurement.
