Teenagers 'more tech-savvy' than over-60s

Children aged 14 and 15 are the most "technologically-sawy" age group in the UK, according to new Ofcom research. The organisation's 11th Communications Market Report found that this so-called 'Millennial' generation is the first to take fast broadband for granted. Ofcom surveyed nearly 2,000 adults and 800 children to discover how often they use technology such as smartphones, tablets and PCs, and how confident they are doing so.
