Phone networks come together to build rural masts

Britain's four mobile-phone networks have agreed to work together to build new masts in rural areas in order to boost 4G coverage. They have also proposed a scheme to share masts to allow 'rural roaming'. This would let customers switch to the strongest signal, even if it comes from a network they're not signed up to.
