Trusted Integrated Circuit Strategy

Microcircuits and related electronic devices are increasingly dominated by global commercial interests, making issues of trust (intellectual property theft and anti-tampering), product reliability, and assured sources of supply increasingly difficult to manage. The purpose of this paper is to present possible strategies to help address both defense and aerospace risks in this area.
