Four component strongly coupled quantum dusty plasma and generation of dark-bright solitons and double-layers

摘要

Investigation of dust acoustic waves is done in two different ways in a system of collisionless dissipative and un-magnetized four component dusty plasma. In the first situation we have both quantum positively and negatively charged dust grains along with quantum electron and Maxwellian ions. And in the other situation along with the above dust grains we have both electron and ion with Thomas-Fermi distribution in background. In both the situations the dust particles are assumed to be strongly coupled. It is observed that strong coupling makes a significant difference in the nonlinear wave propagation. Reductive perturbation technique leads to Kortewegde Vries (KdV) equation in both the cases, but in the first case we observe that there exists both dark and bright soliton and in between we get a Gardner's equation leading to a shock like double-layer soliton. But in the second case we get only bright soliton. So far as the authors knowledge goes, this is the first treatment of quantum four component plasma with dust. (C) 2018 Published by Elsevier B.V.
