Quantitativer Nachweis von mehreren Makrolid-Antibiotika in Fleisch, Leber und Niere mit LC-MS/MS nach einer teilweisen automatisierten Aufreinigung

A method is presented for the quantitative determination of seven macrolide antibiotics in meat, liver and kidney from swine, beef and chicken. Residues are extracted from the matrix with diluted perchloric acid and methanol. Further clean up was achieved by solid-phase extraction on a strong cation-exchanger column. The macrolide antibiotics are analysed by LC-MS on a special column (XTerra from Waters). Roxithromycin was used as an internal standard. The first results of about 250 imported meat samples are presented.
