PERSPECTIVES ON SECURITY AND CONTROL

A new technology development that is permeating through the literature is Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). There are several reasons for SOA becoming an increasingly popular development. Much of it has to do with increasing efficiency and achieving economic gains and savings in the deployment of business applications in an increasingly competitive and even outsource-oriented environment. The idea is to economize in application development and migration efforts by trying to avoid reinventing the wheel.
