TMMA Citation of the Export Excellence and R&D Awards 2011-2012

The Association received eleven nominations for Export Excellence Awards. These nominations were evaluated by the Awards Committee of the Association and selected the winners. a) Apex Export Award: Winner of the Award is: Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd., Coimbatore During the year 2011-2012 Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd. exported Textile Spinning Machinery and Parts to the tune of Rs.327.11 Crores which formed 19% of the total turnover. The countries to which they have exported to are Bangladesh, Indonesia, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Tanzania, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, etc.
