RMG helps Bangladesh's exports to India grow at 13.15%

Readymade garments (RMG) were among the products mat helped Bangladesh's overall exports to India grow at 13.15 percent during the Bangladeshi fiscal year 2012-13 that ended on June 30, 2013. According to the data released by the Bangladesh Export Promotion Bureau, Bangladesh's overall exports to India grew by a healthy 13.15 percent from US$ 498.4 million in 2011-12 to US$ 563.9 million in 2012-13, which is the highest ever level of exports from Bangladesh to India.
