PART-1 of Garment Dyeing Machines, under the caption "Garment Processing Machines", published in the September'12 Supplement issue of Colouragefl], introduced this subject and its current importance. We had covered the status of this subject in 2006-2007 in a series of 7 articles in Colourage[2-8]. Since then, during the past 5 years, the share of garments in India's Textile Exports, has grown to 39.6% to occupy the top position followed by Cotton Textiles (32.5%) and Man-Made Textiles (18.0%).
