事業継続計画から見た工科系大学における教育•研究に関する考察

摘要

This paper discusses education, research and contribution to a society of a university, from a viewpoint of BCP Business Continuity Plan. First, since a university is a higher educational institution, the priority of education is so high that its system should be recovered immediately at the time of disaster. Although the basic educational system has already been established, there are several problems in the system remain to be solved from the view point of BCP. Secondly, with regard to the research support duties, it is difficult to discuss them at present because they include a variety of duties. However, an appropriate development of BCP is expected for the researches which are closely related to education as well as publicly funded researches. Thirdly, the priority of societal contributions in the BCP development is not high in general. A contribution such as disaster prevention, however, is considered to be important and the support for its application should be expanded In addition, the university duties are characterized by following the academic calendar. Especially duties at the start and the end of the academic year are important in the development of BCP. Duties related to academic classes and student recruit are also discussed.%大学のミッションは，日本では，永年，教育および研究とされてきた.近年はこれらに社会貢献が加わっている.日本における大学の事業は，教育，研究，および社会貢献であるということができる.本研究は，これらの事業について，事業継続の観点から，その特性について検討し,事業継続計画策定のための基礎資料を得ることを目的としている.事業継続の観点は，事業継続に支障をもたらす被災事象に対し適切な対策を講じる上で問題となる諸元を対象とする.
