International Quilt Market: Minneapolis in May

There's no evidence that Mary Richards on the old Mary Tyler Moore show was a quilter. But if she ever wanted to make a patchwork surprise for Lou, Ted or Rhoda, she'd no doubt plan to get something special from her hometown Minneapolis quilt shop and not just settle for something out of Sue Anne's closet! Where would that shop go to get all the latest fabrics, books, tools, notions, patterns, embellishments and other supplies to stock their store? Well, this year, they wouldn't have to go far as the 2000 spring International Quilt Market returns to the Minneapolis Convention Center this May 19-21. Classes begin May 18.
