As you'll read in the opening news piece on page 12 of this issue, there have been big developments concerning the acquisition of Dennis Eagle's parent company, RosRoca, by Terberg. It's one of the biggest stories to hit the sector for sometime, certainly in terms of takeovers, but what does it mean for those involved, and for the longer-term future of the wider sector?
