Payment discipline of public construction clients

The investigation of the payment discipline of public construction clients often leads to criticism on the part of German construction federations. This is why the present research project was started to examine independently and representatively the payment discipline of public construction clients. A survey provided the necessary data basis for the research project. The project results can be summarized by the following two points:
