50th Cinema Days success for FDA

I confess that I hadn't known very much about 'Cinema Days' before I was invited to celebrate the 50th of these events, which took place in and around Cineworld Milton Keynes, part of the Xscape complex, from Thursday, 6th October to Sunday, 9th October, and which was hosted by Buena Vista International (UK). Cinema Days are in fact UK film industry trade events for regional journalists, at which film distributors preview their forthcoming releases and arrange press conferences with associated talent. The aim is, of course, to get publicity for new films to appear in the regional press and on regional media, primarily by furnishing UK regional film journalists in all media -print, online or broadcast-with as wide a range of copy and story opportunities as possible.
