摘要

The objective of this study was to evaluate a programmed-temperature vaporizing injectionbased method for gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric determination of narcotics and stimulants in biological fluids (blood, saliva, etc) with a considerable reduction in sample consumption. Suitable operating conditions for gas chromatography— mass spectrometry with large-volume injection were determined and sample preparation was slightly adapted to the micro method. The method presented, which uses 50 μL of the biological fluid, was applied to amphetamines, cocaine analytes, and opiates at ng μL−1 concentrations.
