摘要

In this work, we report a low-cost facile method for the production of few-layer graphene sheets in large quantities through radio-frequency chemical vapor deposition.rnGraphene is the elementary building block of graphite and other carbon allotropes such as fullerenes and carbon nano-tubes. This planar lattice is comprised of a single-layer of sp~2-hybridized carbon atoms hexagonally arranged into a two-dimensional array. Due to its unique physical, chemical, electrical and mechanical properties, this material has shown promise for several advanced technological applications such as graphene-based composite materials, fuel cells, batteries, chemical detectors, solar cells and many others.
