摘要

We report a method for specifically labelling the surface of cells with two kinds of chemical probes (near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probes and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging probes) via two genetically expressed tags, and demonstrate the application for in vitro and in vivo dual imaging.rnRegenerative medicine has become a hot topic, especially after the discovery of induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. In regenerative medicine, cellular transplantation has been recognised as an important technique, and tracking of transplanted cells has been required during clinical trials.
