摘要

Nanoscaled nitrogen doped anatase TiO_2 with dominant (001) facets, which exhibited high photocatalytic activity and excellent photoelectrochemical properties under visible light irradiation, was successfully synthesized by solvothermal treatment of TiN in acidic NaBF_4 solution for the first time.
