摘要

Polypyrrole-reduced graphite oxide core-shell microspheres with high dispersibility were facilely fabricated and were demonstrated to be excellently sensitive for electrochemical detection of nano-molar concentrations of dopamine in the presence of a large excess of uric acid and ascorbic acid.
