Since its foundation in 1916, the Portland Cement Association (PCA) has remained true to its principle: "Improve and expand the uses of Portland cement and concrete" PCA is the association of the American cement manufacturers and comprises a total of 48 companies. The tasks of PCA are focussed on the development of programs for market promotion as well as on education, training and research and on technical services for the cement industry. Furthermore, PCA also supports the interests of its members towards the government and authorities.
