In spring 2009 the 2nd draft of the "Regulation covering the use of mineral substitute building materials in technical buildings - substitute building materialV" will be completed.The analysis regulation and evaluation system will be completely revised. Probably considerable material flows will be redirected - from utilisation to landfilling. The foreseeable ecological and economic consequences will be presented and discussed at the meeting "Substitute Building Materials" at the Zollverein mine in Essen/Germany on 25.09.2009.
