The Dram Dryer/Cooler System Mozer enables combined drying and cooling of dried solids approaching ambient temperature or the temperature of the cooling air used. In contrast to the double-shell TK Drying/Cooling Dram, the single-shell TK-D has no contact points between the cooling dry material and the hot inner drum in the entry area of the dryer. Through this design, the TK-D Drying/Cooling Drum outputs low-temperature dried solids approaching ambient temperature or the temperature of the cooling air used. The TK-D can be used for calcination and for applications with throughputs ranging from 1 t/h to over 350 t/h. Existing TK and TK+ systems can be converted to TK-D.
