Cimprogetti: several orders for lime hydration plants

Reinkalk, a subsidiary of Belgium's Lhoist, has placed an order with Cimprogetti for two hydration plants 10 t/h nominal capacity for its lime plants at Regensburg (Walhalla plant) and Efringen-Kirchen (Istein plant). The Walhalla plant features a hydrator mod. CIM-HYDRAX-4G, the fourth generation of CimprogettiHydrator with a customized filter. The Istein Plant features instead the hydrator mod. CIM-HYDRAX-4G MAX, with an independent premixing stage. The hydration plants have been ordered with a view to plants renovation. Cimprogetti also received an order from a leading Chinese Group for a 10 t/h hydrating plant featuring the 5-shaft hydrator Cim-Hydrax-TG 600. The calcium hydroxide will be used as absorbent for the FGD device located in Haimen Port area (Jiangsu Province). Cimprogetti's hydrator is able to produce Ca(OH)_2 high-quality sorbent thanks to its flexibility and user-friendly operation. More than 200 hydrators have been supplied worldwide so far.
