A new 767-300 passenger-to-freighter conversion program is on the near horizon. US-based WAGNER AERONAUTICAL is reported to be close to announcing a 10-unit launch order from an unidentified customer. CEO Bill Wagner was recently quoted as saying he had not yet decided whether to launch the program on his own, or with a joint-venture partner, and that the provider of touch labor for the initial conversions was also still undecided.
