Satellite TV subscribers more satisfied with TV service than cable customers

Canadian satellite TV subscribers continue to be generally more satis- d with their television service than cable subscribers including digital cable customers, but the gap appears to be closing, according to results from the 2005 wave of Decima Research Inc's syndicated consumer research study on digital TV services. All TV subscribers surveyed expressed higher satisfaction with their TV service in Decima's 2005 survey compared to the 2004 survey, returning to the satisfaction levels reported in the 2003 survey.
