Entertainment rivals Ticket -master and Live Nation arerntempting trustbusters with a $2.5 billion all-stock merger announced on Feb. 10. In addition to selling the most tickets in the U.S., Ticketmaster manages 200 artists. Live Nation, the top concert promoter, sells tickets as well and has business deals withrnsuperstars Madonna and Jay-Z. Senate Judiciary Committee member Charles Schumer (D -rnN.Y.) has already said the combo needs to be "scrutinized with a fine-tooth comb" by the Justice Dept. and the FTC.
