Paris giant RATP on road to expansion

Paris operator RATP has taken a further step in its bid to become a major transport player by ousting its rival Keolis to take over services in the small western French town of La-Roche-sur-Yon from January.rnThe network of nine daytime and four night routes in Vendee department was run previously by Societe de Transport Yonnais (STY), a subsidiary of part SNCF-owned Keolis, with 41 buses and 92 employees. It will be relaunched next September as Impulsyon.
