SHOWBUS IN THE MIDLANDS

Showbus has called a few places home since the first rally in Hillingdon in 1974, but for the past 20 years it has been in among the historic aircraft and land warfare vehicles at the Imperial War Museum's site at Duxford near Cambridge. It will be back there next year for the 60th anniversary of the London Routemaster, but this year's marked a big break with a move to the Midlands at Long Marston near Stratford on 22 September.
