Welcome to the world of James and Kim

James and Kim were just two of the seven passenger assistants that I encountered one day recently on a series of rides on LT-class New Bus for London 'Borismasters' on route 11 (Liverpool Street- Fulham Broadway). Officially, these new buses began working on the route on Saturday 21 September, though one crept out on the Friday evening. Unlike route 24, on which the whole new fleet began at once, introduction is a phased affair, with about half the new fleet at work on the day I observed.
