As briefly outlined on p13 last month, CT Plus made a significant win in the latest tender rounds, taking route W19 (Ilford High Road-Walthamstow) from Go-Ahead London's Blue Triangle, with a requirement for 15 new Euro6 diesel single-deckers. Blue Triangle scored a small win from Arriva Kent Thameside, with three existing single-deckers replacing the present requirement for two on route 346 (Upminster-Upminster Park Estate). These three, incidentally, will be drawn from part of the allocation at present on the W19. The 15 new single-deckers for CT Plus represent an increased requirement of three vehicles and are the only Euro6 vehicles in this round.
