Warrington and Diamond fill void left by Jim Stones

Warrington's Own Buses and Diamond North West have agreed to replace the services operated by Jim Stones Coaches whose owners are retiring from 19 April. Council-owned Warrington's Own Buses is taking over the daytime services on routes 583 (Leigh-Hag Fold), 589 (Leigh Circular), 590 (Leigh-Lowton Circular) and 596 (Leigh-Landside Circular), while Rotala-owned Diamond is taking over the 584 (Leigh-Common Lane) and 682 (Leigh-Hag Fold-Atherton). Vision Buses is taking over three of the Jim Stones school services.
