Arriva woos loyal passengers in Guildford

Arriva Southern Counties is using a loyalty card to tempt customers to use its competitive bus routes in Guildford. Passengers have to collect six stamps on their ABC Loyalty Card - named after the three routes that compete with Stagecoach and Safeguard - which then entitles them to a free day return. A stamp is earned each tirm a single or return ticket is purchased on boarc routes A, B or C. The cards are available from drivers on the routes involved, or from Arriva's Guildford travel shop at the bus station.
