摘要

Isothermal oxidation of doped and undoped FeAl specimens was performed at 1000, 1100 and 1200deg C in ambient atmosphere for 50 hours. Slip deformation occurred on the substrate of undoped FeAl at 1100 and 1200deg C. Pits on the specimen surface produced by etching were used to determine the orientation of the FeAl grains.
