Efficiency in the construction industry has long been a popular discussion for debate. It should come as little surprise then, that bringing together eight industry professionals and experts for a roundtable session on whether the use of technology can improve efficiency both in procurement methods and project delivery, made for a lively session. Fuelled by the results of an industry survey on the subject run by Building Magazine in association with Diagonal Consulting and SAP, the debate kicked off with this question: "Will contractors be forced to enhance their internal technologies to win public sector work?"
